Online Tax Declaration Preparation and Filing provided by DeclaroPro.

Digital guides, e-books, templates, and training related to tax preparation.

2.4. "Goods"

Physical products offered by DeclaroPro.

3. Services

DeclaroPro offers professional assistance in preparing and submitting tax declaration documents to applicable authorities.

4. Infoproducts

DeclaroPro sells digital materials designed to guide users through tax declaration topics.

5. Goods

Any physical items sold through DeclaroPro's online store.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1. General Payment Terms

Payments for services, infoproducts, or goods are processed securely at the time of purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

6.2. Refund Policy for Services

• Cancellation within 7 days of purchase and before any deliverable is provided: full refund of funds.
• If preliminary work has begun but no final documents have been filed, a partial refund will be issued, deducting a service processing fee of 20% of the purchase price.
• Once DeclaroPro has submitted documents to authorities, no refund will be available, as filing has been completed.
• Service may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if requested at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date.

6.3. Refund Policy for Infoproducts

• Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the material has been accessed or downloaded.
• No refund if more than 10% of the digital content has been accessed.

6.4. Refund Policy for Goods

• Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
• Shipping for sending items back must be arranged and paid by the customer.
• Once items are received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs associated with the original delivery are not refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeclaroPro is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of its services, infoproducts, or goods.

8. Changes to Terms

DeclaroPro may update these Terms of Service. The latest version is available on declaropro.com.
